Llevo m\u00e1s de 30 a\u00f1os dedicada a la docencia y la psicolog\u00eda, en diferentes modalidades, lo que me ha dado una perspectiva m\u00e1s amplia de mi profesi\u00f3n. Me ha aportado muchas experiencias enriquecedoras y retadoras que me han hecho ser lo que soy hoy en d\u00eda.<\/p>\n

En un momento puntual como las cosas no suceden por casualidad, sent\u00ed la necesidad de dar un cambio a mi vida, mi trabajo ya no me llenaba como antes, no me hac\u00eda feliz y empec\u00e9 a somatizarlo.
As\u00ed me plante\u00e9 la necesidad de ayudar desde otra perspectiva\u2026 justo entonces mi vida dio un vuelco de 180 grados.
Me qued\u00e9 en paro, mi salud se deterior\u00f3 de manera considerable, sufr\u00ed p\u00e9rdidas de seres queridos, tuve que enfrentarme a un padre tirano y a una situaci\u00f3n familiar ca\u00f3tica\u2026y para m\u00e1s INRI\u2026 tuve que abandonar la casa en la que llevaba viviendo casi 10 a\u00f1os.
Entonces\u2026 algo ocurri\u00f3, apareci\u00f3 el coaching en mi vida, y decid\u00ed embarcarme en esa aventura para poder dar forma a un proyecto nuevo de vida, a un verdadero cambio.<\/p>\n

Empec\u00e9, un camino largo pero apasionante, no volver\u00eda atr\u00e1s ni para tomar impulso, creo que ese gran caos, me oblig\u00f3 a tomar decisiones que de otra manera no hubiera tomado, y podr\u00eda seguir en el mismo lugar, sin que nada hubiese sucedido. Pero aprovech\u00e9 mi oportunidad, contra todo pron\u00f3stico… mi entorno no me apoyaba en esta decisi\u00f3n. Nos asusta salir de la zona de confort, da v\u00e9rtigo pero yo ya hab\u00eda recibido el primer impulso, as\u00ed que lo \u00fanico que hice, fue seguirlo.<\/p>\n

La verdad, es que cuando yo acud\u00ed a la visita de Helena, estaba bastante tocada. Digamos que varias \u00e1reas de mi vida, parec\u00edan no funcionar. Realmente en esa \u00e9poca, yo lo ve\u00eda todo negro, y Helena me ayud\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de un proceso en diferentes sesiones, a llegar al origen de tales conflictos o problemas. En mi experiencia personal, me parece que en determinados momentos de la vida, es necesaria la ayuda de una profesional, como Helena, que est\u00e9 ah\u00ed para acompa\u00f1arte y hacerte las preguntas potentes o lo que necesites en ese momento. Es verdad que las respuestas las tiene cada uno, en su interior, pero cuando te invade la confusi\u00f3n, el miedo o cualquier otra emoci\u00f3n, nos quedamos bloqueados o paralizados, impidiendo esta situaci\u00f3n que avancemos.<\/p>\n
